About the Founder
Hi, my name is Sarah Whyte, and I’ve always had a passion for helping others live a healthy and happy lifestyle. When my father was first diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 1996, that passion shifted into purpose. Watching him on his journey was life-changing. With consistent care he went into remission until 2017, when the cancer aggressively hit forming a large mass on his liver and he unfortunately eventually succumbed to the disease.
I started following the tips in this guide the day after finding it, and wow – I can’t believe how much these small shifts in my daily habits have helped me improve how my gut feels everyday!
